Return conditions:

• Due to the fact that each carpet is woven individually, they cannot be returned, provided that there is a weaving mistake.
• If a customer gives a blurry photo, our specialists immediately warn of the quality of the photo. If the customer neglects the warning and still insists on the photo, in this case, Fotoxalca.com Company does not bear any responsibility.
