Our company was established in 2011 and has been operating since on april 1, 2012. However, some researches took our time and we have set out our work seriously since 2013. We present you the chronology of our company.

1. 01.03.2013 – We got our TIN from the Ministry of Taxes.
2. 05.03.2013 – We created our official web page www.fotoxalca.com through www.mega-az.com, the official representation of American Company in Azerbaijan.
3. 16.03.2013 – We started cooperation with “Multibon” Company which has a bonus system.
4. 20.03.2013 – We started cooperation with “PİTSTOP” restaurants network. 
5. 11.03.2013 – We started cooperation with “Bank Technique”.
6. 04.04.2013 – We got the code of the business entity (facility) by the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan Republic.
7. 04.04.2013 – We signed the lease agreement.
8. 10.04.2013 – We started cooperation with “YapıKredi bank WORLD CARD”.
9. 04.04.2013 – We started cooperation with “UNIBANK KB – ALBALI KART”.
10. 14.04.2013 – We started cooperation with “Damirbank”.
11. 29.04.2013 – We started cooperation with “Golden Pay” online payment system.
12. 05.07.2013 – We started cooperation with “Bank Respublika – PAYKART”.
13. 10.07.2013 – We started cooperation with “EC TRAVEL” Tourism Company.
14. 26.10.2013 – We started cooperation with “Bank of Baku – BOLKART”.
15. 14.12.2013 – We became a member of “Azercell Bizklub”.
16. 18.12.2013 – We started cooperation with “Softline Azerbaijan LLC”. We began Sms broadcasting system. We notified our customers on the discount campaigns on behalf of “FOTOXALCA”.
17. 05.01.2014 – We put on the market our 7-color thickly woven carpet products.
18. 12.05.2014 – We started cooperation with some embassies, governmental bodies, and ministries on a contract basis. 
19. 01.01.2015 – We put on the market our new product “Photo Gobelin”, woven photo on the cloth.
20. 05.02.2015 – We put on the market our new product “Photo Pillow”, woven photo on the cloth.
21. 12.01.2015 – We put on the market our new product “Full-Colour Carpet”.
22. 05.05.2016 – We started cooperation with “Express Bank” Smile card.
23. 07.09.2016 – We put on the market our new handmade product “Paintings“.
24. 01.02.2017 – We put on the market our new product “Kilim“. 
25. 07.05.2017 – We were awarded “Honorary Star” nomination for the best gift shop of the year, founded by “Qafqaz-Media Public Union”.
26. 10.12.2017 – We started cooperation with “Ulduzum“, the project by Bakcell.
27. 01.05.2018 – We moved our head office to the most beautiful part of Baku in order to provide better service to our customers. Our new address: Chirag Plaza, Tbilisi Ave. 49C.
28. 05.05.2018 – We put on the market our new product “Miniature Carpet”.
29. 05.06.2018 – We started cooperation with “Sİlkway Club”, the project by Silkway Bank.
30. 14.06.2018 – We started cooperation with “1Kart”, the project by Kapital Bank.
